PROFESSIONAL READINESS OF FUTURE SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHERS FOR INCLUSIVE EDUCATION IN UKRAINE

The article is devoted to the problem of compliance special education teachers training in Ukraine with implementation inclusive accordance international standards. It was found that despite many years policy experience Ukraine, practice not implemented properly. assumptions about gaps staffing are made. level professional readiness among future for educational environment investigated and analyzed article. comprehensive questionnaire developed by authors used as a diagnostic tool current study. designed content such guidelines “Professional Development Tool Improving Quality Work Primary School Teachers” “Profile Inclusive Teachers”. main criteria defined: Interactions; Family Community; Inclusion, Diversity, Values Democracy; Assessment Planning; Teaching Strategies; Learning Environment; Professional Development. aimed identify development different components, as: theoretical-cognitive practical-active. results showed low medium levels teachers, insufficient meet social demand specialists work new conditions education.Correlation analysis revealed leading role practical-active component system training, which require increased attention its practical component, based on both university centers pedagogical internship. study concludes necessity transformation scientific achievements field providing quality services children needs.
